PiggyLock keeps your savings goals private to your authenticated account. This policy explains the information used to secure your account, process deposits and support your vault.
Information we collect
We process your name, email address, profile details, goals, transactions, and preferences. Your account email is verified through Clerk. A phone number may be provided optionally, but it is not required for registration.
Service providers
Clerk provides authenticated sessions and email verification. Stripe processes deposits, recurring payments, and payment-related events. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
Security and retention
Authenticated routes scope vault data to your account. Sensitive bank data is encrypted and masked where stored. We retain account and transaction records for operational, reconciliation, fraud-prevention, legal, and support needs, then delete or anonymize them when no longer required.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information subject to active subscriptions, financial recordkeeping, security, and legal obligations. Contact the PiggyLock support channel for privacy requests or account questions.
