PiggyLock
Terms and conditions
Version 2026-08-12
These terms explain how the PiggyLock savings vault works and the limits that apply to personal saving. Read them together with the risk and payment disclosures below before creating an account.
Using PiggyLock
You are responsible for the accuracy of your goals and for keeping your account secure. PiggyLock is a personal savings tool, not a bank, investment adviser, payment institution, or provider of investment returns.
Locked goals and risks
A goal is subject to its displayed unlock date. You may not be able to access funds earlier, and early withdrawal is only a request for review. Saving involves personal financial risk, including delays, fees, loss of access during review, currency movement, and service interruption. PiggyLock does not guarantee a return, profit, interest, or a particular outcome.
Deposits, recurring payments and withdrawals
Deposits and recurring charges are processed through Stripe and are only credited after confirmed payment events. You authorize charges that you initiate or schedule, including the displayed service fee where applicable. An approved withdrawal is not the same as an external settlement; PiggyLock will show the transfer status and will not simulate a completed bank transfer.
Identity and account security
You must provide accurate registration information, verify your email with Clerk, and accept the registration documents before using the vault. Keep your sign-in methods private and notify PiggyLock if you suspect unauthorized access.
Support and changes
Support requests do not override an unlock date or create a transfer. We may update these documents when the service, providers, or legal requirements change; a new version may require renewed acceptance before continued use.
